Enroute in Shillong visit Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures, Ward’s Lake where you can enjoy boating, Cathedral Catholic Church and Lady Hydari Park. Proceed to Guwahati. Arrive and check in at hotel. Visit Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra a place where Assamese history and culture is presented through Light and sound show, evening you may take a River Cruise (Direct Payment) on the mighty River Brahmaputra. Early morning we take you for an elephant Safari. The park is known for its rare and endangered endemic wildlife such as the Assam roofed turtle, hispid hare, golden langur and pygmy hog. Manas National Park is famous for its population of the wild water buffalo. Return to the resort for breakfast. After breakfast we take you to Manas River along Indo Bhutan border. You may do River Rafting or boating here. After lunch jeep safari through the National Park. The park is a paradise for Bird Watching. Evening come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
This morning transfer to Nameri National Park. This place is an elephant reserve. It is an ideal habitat for a host of other animals including the tiger, leopard, sambar, dhole (the Asiatic wild dog), pygmy hog, Indian wild bison, clouded leopard, leopard cat, muntjac, gaur, wild boar, sloth bear, Himalayan black bear, capped langur and Indian giant squirrel. Nameri National Park is a birdwatcher’s paradise with over 300 species. The white winged wood duck, great pied hornbill, wreathed hornbill, rufous necked hornbill, black stork, ibisbill, blue-bearded bee-eaters, babblers, plovers and many other birds make Nameri National Park their home. Check in at your hotel. Natures walk to the Jia Bhoreli (Kameng River) and back. Evening you are free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
